The Bayard Rustin Elementary School in Rockville will have a capacity of 600 students and 70 staff members. According to MCPS officials, the school was designed to give students choices tailored to their learning style. FERVAS painted classrooms, install and painted acoustic panels, doors, frames, metal pipes, metal stairs,  and support spaces to meet the program needs of the school.
